Terms of Service
Last updated: September 23, 2026
1. Overview
This website and online store are operated by Dognuts Limited, trading as Dognuts (“Dognuts”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products and related services. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to sell our products.
By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under Irish or European Union consumer law.
2. Contact Information
Dognuts Limited trades as Dognuts and can be contacted at:
Derrymannin

Ireland
Email: hello@dognuts.ie
Telephone: +353 85 837 1902
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who places the order on your behalf.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
You are responsible for protecting your account password and login information. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and availability are accurate.
Colours and product appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen type and device settings. These minor differences do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not comply with the sales contract.
Product descriptions and availability may be updated without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
5. Product Use and Safety
Products must be used and installed in accordance with any instructions or safety information supplied with them.
Before use, you should ensure that a product is suitable and compatible with the skateboard, equipment or application for which you intend to use it. Contact us before installation if you are uncertain about compatibility.
Skateboard components should be inspected regularly. Do not continue using any product that appears damaged, loose, excessively worn or incorrectly installed.
Appropriate protective equipment should be used when skateboarding.
This section does not exclude or limit our responsibility for defective or unsafe products or affect your statutory consumer rights.
6. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order, but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where:
- The product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- The price or product information contains an obvious error.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.
- We cannot deliver to the address or destination provided.
- The order breaches these Terms or applicable law.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
7. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in euro unless stated otherwise.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
You must provide current and accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the available payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are not controlled by Dognuts and will be the customer’s responsibility.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a specific guaranteed date.
We are responsible for the order until it is delivered to you or to another person identified by you to receive it. If you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer, responsibility may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier, as permitted by law.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged while being delivered by a carrier arranged by us, please contact hello@dognuts.ie so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Further information is available in our Shipping Policy:
https://www.dognuts.ie/policies/shipping-policy
9. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy:
https://www.dognuts.ie/policies/refund-policy
Consumers purchasing online in Ireland or elsewhere in the European Union generally have a statutory right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Our voluntary 30-day return policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
Products made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
10. Faulty or Incorrect Products
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their normal purpose, match their description and comply with applicable consumer law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to the sales contract, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Contact hello@dognuts.ie as soon as reasonably possible if there is a problem with your order.
Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces your statutory remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 or other applicable consumer-protection legislation.
11. Permitted Use of the Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful or malicious purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts or connected systems.
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website.
- Scrape, copy or collect website content or personal information without permission.
- Impersonate another person or provide deliberately false information.
- Infringe our intellectual-property rights or the rights of others.
- Use the website to transmit spam, abusive content or unlawful material.
We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, branding, logos, product photographs, graphics, video, audio, designs and other original content are owned by or licensed to Dognuts Limited.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Shopify and any other third-party names, logos or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit a product review, photograph, suggestion or other feedback, you confirm that:
- The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience.
- You own the content or have permission to submit it.
- It does not infringe another person’s rights.
- It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading or malicious.
You grant us permission to display and use submitted feedback in connection with our website, products and business communications.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by payment processors, delivery companies, social-media platforms and other providers.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for services that form part of our contract with you, including delivery services arranged by us.
15. Relationship With Shopify
Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify.
Purchases made through this store are made directly from Dognuts Limited. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of the products purchased from Dognuts.
Shopify may process personal information in connection with operating and securing the ecommerce platform. Further details are provided in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s consumer privacy information.
16. Website Availability and Errors
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability or delivery information.
Where an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact you and provide the opportunity to confirm the corrected order or receive a refund.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded.
- Breach of your statutory consumer rights.
We are responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses arising where products were purchased wholly for commercial use.
18. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action, transport disruption, war, civil emergency, widespread telecommunications failure or government restrictions.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such circumstances and contact affected customers where appropriate.
Your statutory rights relating to delayed or undelivered goods remain unaffected.
19. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy:
https://www.dognuts.ie/policies/privacy-policy
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our website, products, business practices or legal obligations.
The revised Terms will be posted on this website with an updated revision date. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order or contract already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or limited only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
22. Governing Law
These Terms and contracts made through our store are governed by Irish law.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain any mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
