Shipping Within Ireland

• Standard shipping within Ireland costs €6.95.
• We offer free standard shipping on orders of €100 or more.
• Irish orders are normally dispatched using An Post.
• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 2–4 working days.

Working days exclude weekends and Irish public holidays.

Shipping to the United States

We ship to the United States using international postal or courier services.

• Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
• Delivery normally takes approximately 2–4 weeks after dispatch.
• International deliveries can occasionally take longer because of customs processing, postal delays, severe weather or busy seasonal periods.

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Import Taxes and Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. Dognuts cannot determine in advance whether charges will apply or what amount may be charged.

Customers are responsible for providing any information requested by their local customs authority or delivery provider.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that your name, delivery address, postcode and contact information are complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact hello@dognuts.ie as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Additional delivery charges may apply where an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Dognuts remains responsible for an order until it is delivered to you or another person nominated by you to receive it.

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact hello@dognuts.ie with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate solution.
